Workwalaa Hire operates as a technology marketplace platform.

Payments made on the platform are charged for:

  • Marketplace access
  • Candidate discovery access
  • Temporary profile visibility
  • Platform services
  • Operational marketplace functionality

Payments are not charged as guarantees for:

  • Hiring success
  • Candidate quality
  • Joining confirmation
  • Employee retention
  • Recruitment outcomes

2. Marketplace Access Fee

Companies may pay a Marketplace Access Fee to unlock candidate submissions for a vacancy.

The Marketplace Access Fee:

  • Is charged per vacancy
  • Grants temporary access to candidate profiles and resumes
  • Provides access only for the selected vacancy
  • May expire after a defined access period
  • Is operationally classified as a platform marketplace access charge

3. Non Refundable Access Policy

The Marketplace Access Fee becomes strictly non refundable once:

  • Candidate profiles are accessed
  • Resumes are viewed
  • Candidate details become visible
  • Platform access is granted

This applies regardless of:

  • Hiring outcome
  • Candidate suitability
  • Hiring success
  • Candidate availability
  • Company selection decisions
  • Candidate joining status

The fee is charged for marketplace access and visibility only.

4. Vacancy Based Access Duration

Unlocked candidate access may remain active only for a limited operational duration.

Workwalaa may:

  • Remove candidate visibility
  • Expire shortlist access
  • Archive vacancy submissions
  • Restrict old candidate records

This is done to protect marketplace integrity and prevent bypassing of the platform.

5. Additional Hire Fees

Where applicable, additional fees may apply when:

  • Multiple candidates are selected
  • Multiple successful hires occur under a single vacancy
  • Platform defined hiring thresholds are exceeded

Companies are responsible for accurately reporting hiring activity.

Failure to report candidate selections may result in:

  • Late fees
  • Platform penalties
  • Payout disputes
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent restrictions

6. Late Fee Policy

If companies fail to:

  • Update candidate status
  • Report selections
  • Clear applicable marketplace dues

Workwalaa may impose operational late fees or platform penalties.

Penalty amounts may vary depending on:

  • Dispute severity
  • Delayed reporting duration
  • Repeated violations
  • Operational impact

7. Agency Payout Policy

Agency payouts may be processed after:

  • Successful joining confirmation
  • Operational review
  • Dispute clearance
  • Verification completion

Workwalaa may:

  • Temporarily hold payouts
  • Freeze payouts during investigations
  • Delay payouts for operational review
  • Reject fraudulent payout claims

Agencies are responsible for independently verifying candidate joining status.

8. Payout Disputes

If disputes arise regarding:

  • Candidate joining
  • Hidden hiring activity
  • Bypassed selections
  • Duplicate claims
  • Fraudulent reporting

Workwalaa may investigate the matter using:

  • Platform records
  • Timestamps
  • Joining confirmations
  • Communication records
  • Supporting documents

Platform decisions regarding operational payout handling may be treated as final for platform governance purposes.

9. Duplicate Submission Handling

Where duplicate candidate submissions occur:

  • Platform timestamps
  • Submission records
  • Operational review may determine payout eligibility

Workwalaa reserves final authority in duplicate submission disputes.

10. Technical Payment Failures

If a payment is successfully debited but not reflected on the platform, users must contact official support channels with:

  • Payment reference number
  • UTR number
  • Transaction details
  • Registered email address

Verified technical failures may be resolved through:

  • Access restoration
  • Transaction correction
  • Refund processing where applicable

11. Refund Eligibility for Technical Errors

Refunds may only be considered where:

  • Duplicate payments occurred
  • Platform access failed completely
  • Technical failures prevented service delivery
  • Payment gateway processing errors are verified

Refund approval remains subject to operational verification.

12. No Refunds for Marketplace Outcomes

Refunds shall not be issued due to:

  • Poor candidate quality
  • Unsuccessful hiring
  • Rejected candidates
  • Candidate behaviour
  • Employee resignation
  • Salary disputes
  • Workplace issues
  • Company dissatisfaction
  • Hiring delays

Workwalaa does not guarantee marketplace outcomes.

13. Candidate Data Usage

Once candidate access is granted:

  • Users are considered to have received marketplace services
  • Platform obligations relating to visibility access are considered fulfilled

Attempting to request refunds after viewing resumes, accessing candidate data, or reviewing profiles may be treated as misuse of platform policies.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or abuse of refund systems may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent bans
  • Payout freezes
  • Legal escalation
  • Recovery proceedings

15. Payment Processing Providers

Payments may be processed through authorised third party payment providers.

Processing timelines may vary depending on:

  • Banking systems
  • Payment gateways
  • UPI infrastructure
  • Settlement cycles
  • Technical conditions

Workwalaa is not responsible for delays caused by third party financial infrastructure.

16. Cancellation Rights

Workwalaa reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious transactions
  • Freeze marketplace activity
  • Reject payments
  • Reverse unauthorised platform activity
  • Suspend operational access for platform protection and fraud prevention

17. Modification of Fees

Workwalaa reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing
  • Update fee structures
  • Revise payout models
  • Introduce operational charges
  • Change marketplace access rules at any time

18. Limitation of Liability

Workwalaa shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Business interruption
  • Failed hiring outcomes
  • Missed opportunities
  • Employee performance issues
  • Candidate misconduct
  • Operational losses
  • Reputational damages

The platform operates as a marketplace intermediary only.

19. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes relating to payments or refunds shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
